Buy direct from Fieldstown Farm.
Not only do you save money,
but you get quality Irish food products that are produced
locally, fresh from our farm,
and help support your local farmers.
From Fieldstown Farm, can buy a half-lamb
or a whole-lamb.
A half-lamb is about 7-8 Kgs and takes up about 1.25 drawers in a standard
upright freezer. A whole-lamb is about 14-16 Kgs and takes up about 2.5 drawers
in a standard upright freezer. You will find that our lamb is excellent value
compared to supermarket prices and quality.

|
These are some reasons for you buy direct:
- Our farm is REPS approved and environmentally friendly.
- The lamb is fed only with its mother's milk, grass, home grown barley, and GM free ingredients.
- Our lamb is fully traceable and locally slaughtered.
- Unlike supermarket meat, our lamb is hung on the bone for a minimum of 10 days, ensuring the tastiest meat possible.
