Gigot Chops

Gigot chops are slices of leg of lamb.  They are ideal for the BBQ, and we also have a number of our favourite gigot chop recipes. When you order your fresh Irish lamb, direct from Fieldstown Farm, you have “gigot chops” as one of the choices of fore-quarter.  The gigot chops are normally separated into bags of 4, but if you wish, you can add additional instructions to separate chops into smaller bags.
