Italian Lamb Meatballs

Ingredients
Meat balls
  • 450 grams minced lamb
  • 2 grams cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon scallions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
  • tablespoon salt and black pepper
Tomato sauce
  • 5-6 tablespoon tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon basil, chopped
  • tablespoon juice of half a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • tablespoons salt and black pepper
Pasta
  • 350 grams pasta, cooked and kept warm

Instructions
  1. Mix the lamb with all the meat ball ingredients and shape into little meatballs. Mix the tomato sauce ingredients together. Cook the meatballs in a little hot oil for 4-5 minutes. Add the tomato mixture to the hot pasta, toss well. Then add the meatballs plus any juices from the pan.

Notes
Serve with some extra chopped basil.
